3H2-On the spot #1: The hydrogen universe of the DVGW
On 17.10.24, the event series “3H2-On the spot” was opened at the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW). Experts presented their areas of expertise and work in the field of hydrogen and there was a lively exchange of ideas.

Be informed about regional hydrogen expertise and take part in valuable exchanges – that’s what you can do at the “3H2-On the spot” event series! The 3H2 network introduces itself and provides insights into the wide range of topics in the hydrogen sector.

Review: This time we were guests at the research center of the German Technical and Scientific Association for Gas and Water (DVGW) at the Engler-Bunte Institute of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
After the welcome and a small snack, the DVGW provided H2 impulses in the form of an overview of the fields of activity and subsequent project pitches. These included, for example, hydrogen quality – sampling and analysis, integration of hydrogen into the gas infrastructure and water management in PtX processes. This was followed by an interesting tour of the laboratories and test facilities, after which there was plenty of time for discussion and networking.

We would like to thank the DVGW for their hospitality and all participants for their interest!
