Regionalverband Schwarzwald Baar Heuberg
The regional association is a public corporation whose core tasks are regional planning and regional development in the Black Forest-Baar-Heuberg region.

The Schwarzwald Baar Heuberg Regional Association comprises 76 towns and municipalities covering an area of ​​2,529 km².
In ​​addition to its regional planning responsibilities, the Schwarzwald Baar Heuberg Regional Association is also active in regional development, i.e., in implementing regional planning and regional policy concerns within the region. Through cooperation with municipal, regional, and supra-regional stakeholders (cities and municipalities, districts, chambers of commerce, associations, etc.) and through concrete projects, the regional association promotes collaboration within the region and beyond its borders. Regional development and regional planning thus jointly contribute to the sustainable development of the Black Forest-Baar-Heuberg region.
