The district of Rottweil in Baden-Württemberg forms the Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg region together with the Schwarzwald-Baar district and the district of Tuttlingen.
The district of Rottweil committed itself to climate protection by successfully participating in the European Energy Award® in 2014 and by adopting the integrated energy and climate protection concept. In order to meet its ambitious reduction targets, the district has aligned its various fields of action with a detailed climate protection strategy.
