With the “H2 Real and Test Laboratory,” H2 Regio has created another innovative service offering for component manufacturers and the supply industry in the Schwarzwald Baar-Heuberg region following the MOSY project.

The laboratory offers testing capabilities for components and subsystems in stationary and mobile applications. It starts with leak tests and expands its service profile in line with the requirements of its shareholders and the market. It offers testing facilities for endurance tests, reliability tests, and product specifications, and supports customers in product optimization and advises them on test design, regulations and standards, CE, and much more.

The H2 real-world and test laboratory, located in the immediate vicinity of an established testing laboratory for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) testing and only a few kilometers from the MOSY project site, will make a decisive contribution to the development, testing, and certification of hydrogen technology components in the Tuttlingen district from 2025 onwards. It is co-financed by the state of Baden-Württemberg as part of the RegioWIN 2030 program.
