Schweizerische Rheinhäfen
The Swiss Rhine Ports are a public-law institution owned by the cantons of Basel-Landschaft and Basel-Stadt, which manages three port areas along the Rhine. These inland ports represent Switzerland’s most important hub for imports and exports.

The Swiss Rhine Ports (SRH) are predestined to play a central role in the hydrogen economy in the future. With their locations in Birsfelden and Muttenz, they are now a central hub for mineral oil logistics. Renewable and CO2-neutral energies are playing an increasingly important role, while fossil fuels such as mineral oil are increasingly being replaced. As a location for the energy industry, the Rhine ports are geared towards the transshipment, production, storage, and transport of all types of goods (including hazardous goods). The Rhine ports have excellent connections to the national rail and road networks for national logistics.
