To kick off our new collaboration, the teams from 3H2 and the Saarland Hydrogen Agency H2Saar met in Freiburg at the beginning of October. The focus was on getting to know each other, engaging in exciting discussions, and defining the next steps for connecting companies in the Germany–France–Switzerland border region.

The shared goal: Through practical transfer formats, targeted knowledge sharing, and collaborations with experienced stakeholders, we aim to support companies in opening up new value creation opportunities within the hydrogen economy – or in integrating hydrogen into their own energy supply and production processes, across state borders.

With H2Saar, we have a partner at our side who brings extensive expertise – a valuable asset for the successful implementation of our initiative.

The day was marked by inspiring exchanges, a strong spirit of networking, and a joint lunch to round things off. We warmly thank our colleagues from Saarland for their visit – and are very much looking forward to working together!

This cooperation takes place within the framework of the H2Start project, a joint initiative of 3H2 and the Saarland Hydrogen Agency H2Saar. The project is co-financed by the European Union and the State of Baden-Württemberg.
